Orders & Process

You can place a bespoke order by filling out our order form on the “Bespoke Order” page. Provide clear design specifications, measurements, and inspiration images. Our team will review your request and send you an invoice to start the process.

Production timelines vary based on design complexity and current order volume. Asoebi timelines range from 3-6 weeks after payment confirmation. For beaded outfits & bespoke bridal the timeline may be longer, please contact us with your required delivery date and we will confirm feasibility.
We strive to meet all agreed deadlines, but last-minute changes or delays in client response may affect delivery dates.

Design changes after order confirmation may incur additional charges and affect delivery timelines. Once production has begun, not all design changes can be accommodated. We recommend finalizing all design details before confirming your order.

Yes! Upload inspiration images when placing your order, and our Creative Director will work to recreate or adapt the design to suit your preferences and measurements.

You can either provide your own fabric or we can source fabric for you. Please specify your preference in your order form. If we’re sourcing fabric, a sourcing fee deposit will be required for the process to commence.

Measurements, Fittings & Beading

Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements. You can either book an appointment to get measured at our studio or submit your own measurements using our guide. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements.

Yes our studio is based in Ikoyi and fittings are recommended due to the bespoke nature of the garments. We include a seam allowance in all garments to allow for minor adjustments if you’re unable to come in for a fitting. Please note incorrect measurements or style changes may incur additional charges.

Please inform us immediately if your measurements change. If production has already begun, changes may not be possible or may incur additional fees.

No, beading and embellishment costs are separate from craftsmanship fees. Your invoice will reflect any beading work, and costs will be updated if you request additional embellishments.

If you don’t provide a specific beading reference, our Creative Director will suggest a design post-construction for your approval. We’ll ensure the beading complements your dress perfectly.

Delivery & Shipping

Yes, we offer delivery within Lagos. Delivery costs and timelines vary based on location. Details will be provided with your invoice.

Yes, we ship internationally. We partner with DHL for reliable international shipping. DHL regularly revises their delivery fees so the delivery quote will be provided once a waybill is created – this is dependent on the weight and destination.

Before dispatch, we’ll share photos and videos of your completed dress for your review. This is your opportunity to raise any concerns before the item is shipped. Please review carefully and notify us immediately if you notice any issues.

International shipping via DHL typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance. We’ll provide you with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

You’ll receive updates at key stages of your order. We encourage you to reach out if you have questions at any point in the process.

Quality & Policies

All garments undergo quality checks before delivery. We inspect every detail to ensure your dress meets our high standards. However, we cannot control fit issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the client.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt (72 hours for international orders) with clear photos or videos. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted as materials have been purchased and work has commenced specifically for your order. If you need to cancel before production starts, please contact us immediately to discuss available options.

Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All concerns must be raised within the specified timeframe with supporting photos or videos.
